  • Once installed, open the Outlook app.

Step 2: Add a New Account

  • Tap the Home icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
  • Then tap the Settings gear icon at the bottom.

Step 3: Choose Add Email Account

  • From the menu, select Add Email Account.

Step 4: Enter Your Email Address

Step 5: Select IMAP/POP Settings

  • When prompted, choose IMAP or POP as your email account type.
    • IMAP is recommended because it syncs emails across multiple devices, but you can choose POP if you only want to download emails to your phone.

Step 6: Enter Email Server Settings

  • You’ll now be asked to enter your incoming and outgoing mail server details:

    Incoming Server Settings:

    • IMAP/POP Server: mail.mydomain.com.au
    • Port: 993 for IMAP / 995 for POP
    • Security Type: SSL/TLS

    Outgoing Server Settings:

    • SMTP Server: mail.mydomain.com.au
    • Port: 465 or 587
    • Security Type: SSL/TLS

Step 7: Enter Your Email Password

  • Enter the password for your email account (e.g [email protected]) and tap Sign In or Next.

Step 8: Sync Your Account

  • Once signed in, you’ll have the option to sync Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc.
  • Choose what you want to sync and tap Save.

Step 9: Finish and Check Your Email

  • Your email account should now be successfully set up. Open your inbox and check to ensure that your emails have synced.
